Eat, Move, Sleep. 3 things we all have to do. Having lost 60+ pounds this past year I am on the lookout for more and better ways to stay healthy. In this book, Tom Rath offers the knowledge he has accumulated on ways to live better by living better.

I saw this book was available from Net Galley and the blurb looked interesting. A couple chapters in and I am not disappointed.
